Prof. Liu Yu-xi received his Ph.D. from Peking University and has held positions at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the University of Tokyo, and the RIKEN Institute of Physical and Chemical Research in Japan. He joined Tsinghua University in 2009 as a professor under the “Hundred Talents Plan.”

His research interests include superconducting quantum coherent devices, solid-state quantum information processing, and quantum artificial intelligence. Prof. Liu Yuxi has published over 120 SCI papers, and his work has been adopted or verified by many internationally renowned laboratories.
